Working with IBM, Falcon was involved in the Design and Business Testing phases of the MEB Customer Service System (CSS)
This involved review of the High Level Specifications prior to commencement of development, and an ongoing review through all stages
development to ensure that the system delivered the required functionality to the clients.

A Falcon Consultant was also involved to the design and execution of Business User Tests
to demonstrate the usability of the software package prior to delivery to the User Departments.
