boo.com was the first major Internet Retailer, specialising in Sports and Outdoor Activity clothing. Operating solely through the Internet, with Offices in Stockholm,
London, New York, and a number of European Cities. Following rapid Start-up to Launch Developments; boo needed to consolidate their systems and procedures
to enable them to grow and mature as an Internet Retailer.

A Falcon Consultant provided help in setting up Development and Support functionality, through Service Provider Logica. Consultancy was also provided to aid the
recruitment of Project Managers; development of Project Procedures, and setting up Software Development Strategies to allow the Company to manage its
