Following the installation of a full suite of Merchandise, Retail Management and Data Warehouse Software Systems; GENESIS 2000, to provide new millennium compliance;
Falcon provided Project Management support, through Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for a Merchandise Reclassification Project. This allowed the BHS Merchandise
Management Team to periodically re-align their product lines to new structures reflect the market place, thus giving them flexibility to react quickly to the changes in Retail Fashion
Trends. Expertise was provided at a critical stage to the project to steer it through Testing, Implementation and Execution of the first Reclassifications, when existing Project
Management Staff had to be replaced at short notice.

The Falcon Project Manger worked closely with existing CSC Management, who provide Facilities Management for BHS Information Technology, and with BHS IT staff to ensure
the project progressed as closely as possible to the original plan, with minimal disruption due to a change of management after the Design and Development phases had been completed.
