Tesco Stores Ltd.    

A Falcon Project Manager worked with the Merchandising Systems Team within the Commercial Division of IT
to install a major upgrade to the main Store Specific Plannogram System.

This application is supplied by a specialist third party Software House, Galleria-rts but with major customisation
and additional development. The Application generates plans to allow efficient re-stocking of Stores.

In addition the Falcon Project Manager worked with internal Tesco Teams on a number of initiatives.

•  Outsourcing of Support and Development of Merchandising Systems to India .

•  New functionality to ensure Stores get the most appropriate Plans for their size and type

•  Installation of a wireless network in the Planning and Merchandising Centre.

•  New functionality to allow better planning of New Store Openings and Refurbishments.
