Falcon Services will undertake work on a either a time and materials, or fixed price basis. A Work Package, including timescales and price, will be prepared for each item of work required, and must be agreed by the Clients prior to any work being started. Production of this Work Package will be chargeable at the Standard Falcon Daily Rate, but charges will be waived on acceptance, and provision of a Purchase Order.

The Falcon Services employee will be sited at, or will travel to, any Client site as specified in the Work Package, or from Falcon Premises as required by the Clients.

The Consultant named in the Work Package will be the Prime Consultant. Falcon Services reserve the right, subject to approval by the Clients, to substitute another consultant.

Falcon Services will provide progress reports, detailing work completed for the purposes of Client approval to support invoices

Standard Expense costs may either be bundled into the Work Package, or be charged separately. No expenses will be charged separately without the prior written approval of Client. Standard Expenses will include:

Telephone calls whist not on client sites .
Travel to/from Client sites
Provision of stationery & consumables.
Non Standard Expenses will always be charged separately. Non Standard Expenses will not be incurred without prior written approval of the Client.

Non-standard Expenses will include:
Travel on behalf of Clients to/from 3^rd party sites
Accommodation of Consultant if excessive or unsociable hours required by clients away from Falcon Office.

Falcon services will provide the Prime Consultant (or any substitute) with a Laptop computer for use at Client Sites. It the Client requires, Falcon will be prepared to use Client machines to enable connection to Client Licensed software and Network Systems. E.g.; E-mail, planning tools, network documentation

Communication via E-mail between the Falcon Consultant and the Client will be included in Work Package. Use of a land line, should this be required, whilst the Consultant is at Client Sites will be provided by the client free of charge to Falcon.

In the event of illness or injury or other Force Majeur, where the Prime Consultant is unable to continue; should a suitable substitute not be available, Falcon reserve the right to terminate the Work Order and invoice for any completed but not invoiced work.

Invoicing will be by calendar month, in arrears, and will include VAT. All work included on the invoice will be supported by written Client agreement. Expenses will be supported by receipts. Payment will be required within 28 days of the date of invoice. Outstanding Invoices older than 28 days will be subject to an additional charge of 2% of the outstanding value per month.

Should the Client wish to terminate the Work Order, this must be done in writing to Falcon Services. Falcon Services will invoice for all work completed up to the receipt of the letter of Termination.

Any change to a Work Package must be agreed in advance between the Client and Falcon Services. Any material change in the Work Package may result in a revision of the timescales and price originally agreed. No work on a changed Work Package will be undertaken until the changes have been agreed in writing by the Client.
