Falcon provided a Consultant to Lead the Integration and Cut-over of the Manhattan PkMS (Pickticket Management System)
with the JDA PMM (Portfolio Merchandise Management) and which have been chosen to manage the Distribution Centre and
Merchandise Business Functions. This involved working closely with both the Vendor Companies, and River Island IT and
Business Staff to ensure a seemless integration of the two packages, and a smooth cutover to the PkMS Package
from the existing Legacy Systems.
