Adams Childrenswear 

Falcon provided Project Management to Adams, then part of the Sears Group, during the installation of a new Distribution Centre and Merchandise Management System.

Based on the JDA MMS package, but heavily modified to provide specialist facilities for Adams, and took 15 months to develop and implement.

Falcon was involved during all phases of the project, providing both Project Management and Design Support
for Adams, and working closely with JDA to manage both their development and developments sub-contracted
to three other Software Houses in the UK and France.
