Falcon provided a Project Manager to BT Cellnet during the run up to de-merger and the formation of mmO2. Based in Leeds with the E-Commerce Division
assistance was provided for a number of commercial initiatives. Originally engaged to manage the support of the BT Cellnet microsite for Big Brother 2,
for which BTC was the main sponsor. This involved working with not only the various parts of BTC, but also a number of third parties who were involved in the
building, maintenance and hosting of the site.

The Project Manager also managed a number of other business initiatives in various stages from Bid through Development to Delivery and Implementation.
These were mainly web enabled Sales and Sales Support systems operated by BTC Telesales and Third Party resellers such as Dixons Group Stores (Dixons & The Link)
